Agribotix Gets $250K For Farm Drones
Boulder-based Agribotix, which is developing software for aerial drones used in farm data collection and analysis, has scored $250,000 in a grant from the Colorado Advanced Industry Program. Agribotix develops cloud-based software specifically designed for processing data from drones for use in agriculture. Agribotix said the funding goes towards customer acquisition and implementation of its products. Agribotix was founded in Boulder in 2013, and is led by Paul Hoff; the company was founded by CTO Tom McKinnon.
