Photobucket Buys Milyoni
Denver-based Photobucket said Wednesday evening that it has acquired Milyoni, the developer of the social video app Madcards for mobile. Financial details of the deal were not announced. Milyoni CEO John Corpus has joined Photobucket as Chief Revenue Officer. Milyoni has its offices in Pleasanton, California, where Photobucket it will establish a new Bay Area hub.
