UQM Sets Engineering VP
Longmont-based UQM Technologies, the developer of electric motors and generators focused on the electric vehicle market, has named Josh M. Ley as its new Vice President of Engineering. Ley was most recently Manager of Motor Design Engineering at UQM, and has been at the company since 1994, when he joined as an intern at the company. UQM has been targeting its electric motors for use in the electric, hybrid electric, plug in hybrid, and fuel cell electric vehicle market.
