Digis Buys One Wave Networks
Idaho Falls- and Pocatello, Idaho-based Digis, a provider of wireless, Internet broadband services in Idaho, said last week that it has acquired fellow Idaho Internet provider One Wave Networks. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. One Wave provided residential and business Internet service in the Boise and Twin Falls areas. Digis says it has more than 80 employees in Idaho, and is a unit of wireless broadband provider JAB Broadband, which is headquartered in Denver.
