Ascent Solar Expands Channel
Thornton, Colorado-based thin film solar products developer Ascent Solar said this week that it has expanded its channel distribution, signing up distribution provider Navarre. Ascent said that Navarre will distribute its EnerPlex brand throughout North America. Ascent Solar has in recent years been pushing into the retail market, with a line of thin film-based solar charters, phone cases, portable batteries, and more. The company originally has focused on thin film technology, but recently moved to accelerate adoption of that technology in the retail market.
