Tectonic Buys Local Cloud9
Denver-based Tectonic, a provider of technology services to the mid-sized business and enterprise market, said this morning that it has acquired Local Cloud9, a cloud services consulting and marketing company. Local Cloud9 is also based in Denver. Financial terms off the buy were not disclosed. The companies said that Local Cloud9 CEO Ron Pullar becomes SVP and Managing Director at Tectonic.
