Denver-based
SpotXchange announced this morning that it has tied with political database and targeting firm
Audience Partners, to offer up its advertisers voter-targeted, video advertising. Audience Partners uses offline, political database information--including mailing addresses and party information--to help target specific political ads to Internet browsers. According to the two, the new partnership provides precise, political targeting of video ads within SpotXchange's public marketplace. Financial details of the link were not announced by the company. The new partnership allows advertisers to target users based on congressional district and ZIP codes, with ability to segment by demographic, geographic, behavioral, voter age and registration data and past election cycle voting participation.
