Capshare Raises $1M For Equity Management Software
Salt Lake City-based Capshare, which develops an online service to help companies manage their capitalization tables, said this week that it has raised $1M in a funding round. The funding came from Joel Yarmon of Draper Associates, along with Kickstart Seed Fund, Jeremy Andrus (former SkullCandy CEO), and the company's founder. Capshare's online website--targeted at both startups and valuation service providers--makes it easy for companies to manage their capitalization tables, which are used to manage stock allocations by companies. The startup is led by Jeron Paul.
