Limelight Wins Massively Open Online Course Provider
Tempe, Arizona-based Limelight said this morning that it is powering the streaming and on-demand audio, video, and other course components for massively open online course (MOOC) provider NonLinear Educating. Financial impact of the win was not disclosed. Limelight--which runs a content delivery network (CDN)--said its Orchestrate Video platform is being used to help deliver nearly 32,000 tutorials to NonLinear's customers.
