President Obama Gives Nod To Colorado Startups
President Barack Obama, in a town hall event where he talked about the need for the government to better support startups and young adults, specifically gave a nod to the high tech industry in Colorado Thursday for being part of a huge movement of entrepeneurs across the country. Obama--speaking at a stop at a coworking space in Santa Monica, California---said that what is happening in Colorado is a demonstration of the "DNA of entrepreneurship" which exists in this generation, and which is taking part across all of the country. Obama said his administration is looking out for Millenials, and is looking to build the infrastructure to help entrepreneurs with a "platform for success", in an age where people no longer have the luxury of things like a lifetime job, pensions, or stable healthcare.
