Zayo Extends In Maryland
Boulder-based bandwidth provider Zayo Group is continuing to grow out its network, saying this week that it has extended its network into a data center in Maryland. Zayo said it has connected into BYTEGRID, a data cenetr operator in Silver Spring, Maryland. BYTEGRID maintains a 214,000 sq. ft. of data center space in the location. Zayo said the move helps connect the data center's small and large commercial enterprise, as well as government customers into its network. Zayo said it now has more than 77,000 route miles in its network.
