Ping Identity Gets $35M
Denver-based Ping Identity, the developer of IT security software led by Andre Durand, said this morning that it has raised $35M in a new funding round. The funding came from private equity investor KKR, along with Ten Eleven Ventures, plus existing investors Draper Fisher Jurvetson, General Catalyst Partners, SAP Ventures, W Capital Partners, Volition Capital, Triangle Peak Partners and Appian Ventures. Ping Identity said it will use the new funding for product development and market expansion. The company has now raised $110M in funding in total.
