iVinci Health Gets $5M For Healthcare Finance
Boise, Idaho-based iVinci Health has raised $5M in a funding round, to go towards its personal finance portal aimed at managing medical bills. Accoording to the company, the new funding came from Intermountain Healthcare (Salt Lake City); Inova Health System (Falls Church, Virginia) ; St. Luke's Health System (Boise, Idaho); and another un-named healthcare system in the Pacific Northwest. The company is developing an online portal, VisitPay, to help patients manage their medical bills, and set up financing plans for balanced owed for healthcare. iVinci is led by Kent Ivanoff, a former executive of Capital One.
