iTOK Raises $18M
Lehi, Utah-based iTOK, which provides managed IT services and cloud software to both individuals and small businesses, has raised $18M in a Series B funding, the company said Wednesday. The funding was led by ABS Capital Partners, and also included Signal Peak Ventures. The company said that ABS Capital's Laura Witt and Cass Gilmore will join the company's board as part of the funding. The company said the funds go towards marketing, research, and enhancement of its existing products. iTOK is led by Seth Bailey.
