Ping Identity Takes On Mobile Authentication
Denver-based Ping Identity, the developer of single sign-on and authentication software, is extending into the mobile authentication market with a new product--thanks to its acquisition of multi-factor authentication provider Accells Technologies earlier this year. Ping Identity said over the weekend that it has launched PingID Secure Mobile Authentication, a new product which helps provide mobile authentication of users using their mobile phone. Pricing on the new product was not announced.
