LogRhythm Raises $40M
Boulder-based security software developer LogRhythm has raised $40M in a funding round, the company said this morning, led by Riverwood Capital. LogRhythm said the equity funding also included Adams Street Partners, Access Venture Partners, and Piper Jaffray. The company said it will use the funding for product develop, sales and marketing, and customer service. Jeff Parks of Riverwood Capital joins the company's board with the funding. LogRhym is led by Andry Grolnick, and develoosp log analysis tools used to help security teams analyze and understand attacks and threats on their corporate networks.
