Boulder-based Radish Systems says it has received a new patent from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, covering the company's integrated voice and data technology. According to Radish, the patent dates from 2009, and deals with voice/data arrangement involving phone calls to businesses, and covers technology used in its ChoiceView product. The patent names Richard A. Davis, Radish Chief Technical Officer, and Anthony J. Brittain, Radish Chief Architect as inventors. According to the USPTO, the patent, No. 8,761,379, was granted on June 24th. Radish filed the patent in 2010, using Cooley LLP for the filing.
