Healthbox Expands Accelerator To Salt Lake
Healthbox, which runs business acceleration programs specifically aimed at healthcare technology and technology-enabled companies, said it is expanding its program into Salt Lake City. According to the accelerator operator, it will run its accelerator program in August, backed by such local organizations as Intermountain Healthcare and HealthEquity, plus Zion's Bank and BD. Healthbox--which runs accelerators in Boston, Chicago, Florida, Nashville and London--said it decided to set up in Salt Lake due to Utah's fast growing economy, and the area's talented healthcare entrepreneurs. The company's 16-week program will launch in August.
