GoDaddy Files For IPO
Scottsdale, Arizona-based GoDaddy filed for an IPO Monday, saying that it is looking to raise up to $100M in an offering. The company has not yet selected an exchange. The IPO is being underwritten by Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan, Citigroup, Barclays, Deutsche Bank Securities, RBC Capital Markets, KKR Capital Markets, and Stifel. GoDaddy is owned by KKR, Silver Lake, and Technology Crossover Ventures. GoDaddy is led by Blake J. Irving, and offers up domain name registration, web hosting, and other related services.
