Fusion-io Names Alumni As General Counsel
Salt Lake City-based Fusion-io, the developer of flash memory-based storage systems, said Thursday that it has appointed Daniel E. Stevenson as the company's General Counsel and secretary for the company. Stevenson is a second-time executive at Fusion-io, having formerly been Vice President and Associate General Counsel at the company. The company said Stevenson was most recently serving as General COunsel of an un-named privately held VC-backed company. Stevenson has a long history in Salt Lake's technology and legal industry, having been at such companies as Canopy Financial, Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, and Hughes & Luce LLP.
