Denver-based colocation and cloud services provider ViaWest said this week that it has opened up a new data center in Phoenix, Arizona, with more than 40,000 square feet of raised floor space. According to ViaWest, the new data center will offer colocation, managed, and cloud services. The data center is the first for the company in Arizona. ViaWest has a network of data centers across the country. The new data center is headed by Chris Parsons, who previously was at Internap.
