Domo Gets Massive $125M Funding Round
Provo, Utah-based Domo, the cloud-based, software-as-a-service startup led by Omniture founder Josh James, has raised $125M in a Series C funding round--bring the total raised by the company to more than $250M. According to Domo, the funding was led by TPG Growth, and also included Dragoneer Investment Group, Fidelity Investments, Morgan Stanley Investment Management, salesforce.com, T. Rowe Price and Viking Global Investors, GGV Capital, Greylock Partners, IVP and Mercato Partners. The investment makes Domo the king of venture funding investments in the region, having now nearly as much in this round than the region as a whole typically sees in a quarter. According to Domo, TPG Growth will take a seat on the board as part of the funding. Domo develops business intelligence software.
