Spinnaker Buys Plan4Demand
Denver-based supply chain consulting and services company Spinnaker announced today that it has acquired Plan4Demand, a provider of supply chain consulting, process enhancements, technology implementation and optimization services based in Pittsburgh, PA. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Spinnaker said that Plan4Demand will become its new Midwest sales and marketing office. Plan4Demand's CEO, Lisa Kustra, becomes Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Spinnaker.
