GoDaddy Launches New Windows Web Hosting Service
Scottsdale, Arizona-based GoDaddy said today that it has launched a new, Windows-based hosting offering, which uses Microsoft Windows Server 2012 and Parallels Plesk Panel. The company said its use of Parallels Plesk lets users manage databases, configure domain names, and install applications on its new Windows Server 2012 hosting platform. GoDaddy has previously been more focused on Linux-based hosting offerings using its own software, cPanel.
