C7 Data Centers Buys Managed Service Provider
Bluffdale, Utah-based C7 Data Centers said last week that it has acquired managed services provider IntegraTechs. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. IntegraTechs has offices in American Fork, Utah, as well as Seattle, Phoenix, Las Vegas, and Washington DC, and provides IT support services, including cloud migration, development, security, and IT outsourcing. IntegraTechs will become a separate division of C7 Data Centers, focused on IT services and cloud management. C7 is led by Wes Swenson.
