RoundPegg Raises $2.42M
Boulder-based job and employment software developer RoundPegg has raised $2.42M in a funding round, according to a regulatory filing from the firm today. According to the filing, the funding comes as part of an ongoing, $2.9M funding round for the company, which is led by Tim Wolters. Details on the funding have not yet been announced by the company. RoundPegg has previously raised funding from Access Venture Partners and Croghan Investments, and originally emerged from Boulder's TechStars accelerator. RoundPegg originally helped match job candidates with companies; it now bills itself as a developer of cloud-based "culture management software".
