Rally Software IPO Closes
Boulder-based Rally Software has officially closed its IPO, the firm said today, having sold 6,900,000 shares of its common stock at a price of $14.00 per share. The company said that included 900,000 shares of common stock issued to its underwriters. Rally is now trading around $18.19 on the NYSE as RALY. Rally had its IPO on Friday. The IPO was a big win for Rally's investors, Boulder Ventures, Mobius Technology Ventures, Mohr Davidow Ventures, Greylock Partners, and Vista Ventures. Rally is a developer of Agile development software, used to manage the rapid development and release of modern software projects.
