Attolist Acquired By Newforma
Denver-based Attolist, which develops AEC-Sync, a web-based, construction collaboration softare product, has been acquired by Newforma, the firms said this week. The two said that Newforma agreed to acquire substantially all of the assets of Attolist in the deal. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. The two said that AEC-Sync will become part of Newforma's Project Information Management Solution, under the name Newforma Project Cloud. Both companies develops software aimed at helping contractors manage their design and construction projects.
