Quark Buys Mobile IQ
Denver-based Quark, the developer of desktop and other publishing software, said Tuesday that it has acquired Mobile IQ, a developer of cloud-based, digital publishing tools. Financial details of the deal were not announced. Mobile IQ has offices in the United Kingdom, as well as San Francisco. The firm's flagship software is PressRun, a cloud-based, digital publishing product aimed at mobile publishing. Quark is owned by Platinum Equity.
