Boulder-based
TechStars, the venture acceleration group which has helped pioneer the whole model of startup acceleration, has rolled out yet another class in Boulder, its Boulder 2012 class. The notable thing about TechStars' latest list of companies? The number of stealth mode, un-named companies announced by the group this week. TechStars had four out of a total of twelve of its companies labeled simply as "StealthCo", with very vague details and no names. The firms that the group did announce were
ClosetGroupie (fashion),
DealAngel (hotel deals),
Digital Ocean (cloud hosting),
PalmLing (translation via smartphone),
RollSale (used car sales),
Roximetry (location based advertising),
SalesLoft (CRM), and
Ubooly (mobile apps/toys). TechStars announced the teams as part of Boulder Startup Week.
