Evolving Systems: 75 Million SIM Card Activations
Have you ever purchased a mobile phone, and installed a SIM card? Theh you might have used the services of Englewood-based Evolving Systems, without knowing it. Evolving Systems, which helps wireless carriers handle all of the tasks involved with activating those SIM cards--used to identify the cell phones of subscribers to wireless carriers---said that it has now activated more than 75 million SIM cards for its customers. The firm said the total is now triple where it stood last year. Evolving Systems serves network operators with SIM card, subscriber services, and other services.
