Go Daddy Claims 2M WordPress Installs
Scottsdale, Arizona-based Go Daddy, the web hosting firm, said today that it has installed two million WordPress sites via its Host Connection application installer. The firm said that the installs are a "significant milestone" for its installer program, which is used to automatically install and configure various applications for Go Daddy's hosting services. The app is similar to other application installation software from hosting providers. Go Daddy said its easy installation software includes more than 50 popular applications.
