LeaseRunner Takes On Property Leasing
Looking to take the property rental business into the 21st century, Boulder-based startup LeaseRunner said today that it has launched a web-based, property leasing web application. The startup, which was founded by Joe Buczkowski, said it will offer landlords, property manager, and brokers a way to deal with rental applications, background checks, e-signature, and rent collection via any web-connected device. The firm said its cloud-based service is aimed at both residential and commercial properties. Buczkowski is a business attorney and former finance instructor at the University of Colorado, Boulder; his LinkedIn profile indicates he was previously at Trajan Capital, managing commercial and residential income properties, mortgage and mezzanine loans, and family office investments.
