Kisstixx Gets $200K From Mark Cuban
Orem, Utah-based Kisstixx, a startup developing lip balm which is designed to react when people kiss, has raised $200,000 in a funding round from Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban. The startup--started by Dallas Robinson and Mike Buonomo in their dorm room at Utah Valley University--said the funding came as a result of its pitch on Cuban's "Shark Tank" show. The firm's lip balms come in pairs, which create a chemical reaction when two people kiss.
