Arrow Electronics Buys Asset Recovery Corporation
Englewood, Colorado-based Arrow Electronics, the electronics distribution giant, said this morning that it has acquired Asset Recovery Corporation, a provider of electronics asset disposition (EAD) services headquartered in St. Paul, Minn. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Arrow said that Asset Recovery's 2012 sales are expected to total approximately $20M. Asset Recovery has 95 employees, and provides data removal, data security, refurbishment, and remarketing of electronic assets.
