Scottsdale, Arizona-based CellTrust, a developer of mobile messaging and SMS gateways, said this morning that it has acquired mobile marketing firm RevMobile. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Celltrust said that RevMobile founder Noah Spirakus becomes Web Services Director for the company. RevMobile develops white label marketing platforms for marketing and advertising agencies, who use the software to build email and text marketing campaigns.
