Ascent Solar Investor Increases Stake
Thornton, Colorado-based Ascent Solar, which is developing flexible, thin film, photovoltaic modules, reported today that one of its investors, TFG Radiant Investment Group, Ltd, is increasing its stake in the firm. Ascent said TFG will own approximately 41 percent of the firm, after purchasing $4M of shares currently owned by Norsk Hydro Produksjon AS. TFG previously acquired 20 percent of Ascent in August of 2011. Ascent Solar is headed by Ron Eller.
