Accuvant Buys UK Firm V3rity
Denver-based Accuvant, a provider of information security services, said today that it has acquired V3rity ltd., a UK-based company developing database forensics and analysis software. Accuvant said the asset deal will add database security technology and expertise to its solutions. V3rity's software is used to analyze compromised database servers. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Accuvant said v3rity's founder David LItchfield, becomes Chief Security Architect at Accuvant Labs.
