O.co Plans New Website, O.info
Salt Lake City-based O.co, the online retailer better known as Overstock.com, said today that it has acquired the domain O.info, with plans to turn the domain into a "consumer information website." O.co said the new domain is scheduled to launch in March of next year, and will provide product information, user manuals, buying guides, reviews, video demonstrations, and recall notices. O.co said it acquired the domain from Afilias Limited, the official operator of the .info registry; cost of the domain was not announced. Overstock.com has been trying to rebrand itself as O.co since June.
