Optomec Gains Air Force Award
Albuquerque, New Mexico-based Optomec said today that it has received a $500,000 contract extension from the Air Force, as part of a fuel cell manufacturing technology project. The company said the award from the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) will be used to develop and prototype high efficiency solid oxide fuel cells (SOFCs) based on ite technology.
