Pelion Ventures Targets $155M In New Fund
Salt Lake City-based venture capital fund Pelion Ventures is kicking off a new fund, looking to raise $155M for its investment efforts, according to a regulatory filing by the firm. The filing said that Pelion Ventures V is targeted at $155M. Pelion was formerly known as UV Partners, and is headed by James Dreyfous, Carl Ledbetter, and Blake Modersitzki. The firm, per SEC rules, has not announced any details on the new fund.
