Thorne Research In Joint Venture
Sandpoint, Idaho-based Thorne Research, a manufacturer of nutritional supplements, said today that it has established a joint venture with Integrative Health Resources, a California provider of medical information, consulting, and products in the wellness industry. The firms said they have created a new joint venture, Health Elements, providing comprehensive integrative care programs and services. The two said the new company will provide a comprehensive web-based solution to support medical practices and their patients with integrative medical information and education, patient adherence and wellness programs, health and lifestyle recommendations, dietary supplement sourcing, and innovative product development. Financial details of the joint venture were not disclosed.
