Foundry Gets Exit In Gist
Boulder-based venture capital firm Foundry Group has scored a portfolio exit this morning, via the acquisition of Gist by Research In Motion, the developer of the BlackBerry smart phone. Financial terms of the deal were not disclsoed. Gist had raised funding from Foundry in May of 2009, and Brad Feld of Foundry was on Gist's board.
