RightNow Buys Q-Go For $34M
Bozeman, Montana-based RightNow, the developer of customer relationship management (CRM) software, said Tuesday afternoon that it has acquired European software firm Q-Go. RightNow said it will pay $34M in cash to acquire all of Q-Go's stock. RightNow said that Q-Go will add approximately $1M in revenue in Q2 of 2011, and approximately $8M in revenue for its 2011 fiscal year. Q-Go is a developer of natural language search tools, which help users find information on websites.
