DiCOM Grid Gets $7.5M
Phoenix-based DICOM Grid, a developer of medical imaging software, said this morning that it has raised $7.5M in a Series A financing. The round was led by Canaan Partners, and also included CHL Medical Partners and others. DICOM is a provider of cloud-based, medical imaging management software. The company said the new funding will go towards market expansion and product devleopment. Canaan's Stephen Block, CHL's Myles Greenberg, and Steven Yecies, CEO of Chronic Health Capital, all join the firm's board as part of the funding. DICOM Grid is headed by Mike Wall.
