Instant Software Acquired by HomeAway
Denver-based Instant Software, a developer of vacation rental management software, has been acquired by vacation rental marketplace firm HomeAway. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. According to HomeAway, ISI has approximately 1,400 property management customers. The two had been working together on online electronic distribution and online booking. Instant Software was headed by Dave Hopcraft, and was founded in 1994. HomeAway said it would add 50 employees to its team, and continue operating Instant Software for its offices in Denver, Basalt, and Pensacola, Florida.
