iGo Acquires Adapt Mobile Ltd.
Scottsdale, Arizona-based iGo, a manufacturer of power management accessories, said today that it has acquired Adapt Mobile Ltd., a London-based marketer of electronics accessories. The deal was worth $900,000 in cash. iGo said that Adapt Mobile currently generates annual revenues of approximately $2.0M. The company said the buy will expand its sales presence, and also increase its offerings for the mobile accessories space.
