Delphi Medical Systems Sells Contract Manufacturing Business
Denver, Colorado-based Delphi Medical Systems, a manufacturer of OEM medical devices for the therapeutic device market, is selling off its contract manufacturing business to Sparton Corporation, Sparton said today. Illinois-based Sparton said that its wholly owned subsidiary, Sparton Medical Systems Colorado, is acquiring certain assets of Delphi in a deal worth $8.0M in cash. Sparton said the acquisition will add approximately $32M in annual revenues to the firm.
