Dot Hill Trumpets Shipment Numbers
Longmont, Colorado-based Dot Hill, a manufacturer of RAID storage products, said today that it has now shipped more than 125,000 of its R/Evolution (Rapid Evolution) based RAID products. The firm said those products have been shipping since 2005. The firm said it has seen "broad industry" adoption of its products. Dot Hills' products are sold into the Fibre Channel storage market, and can scale up to 192 terabytes of capacity.
