JackRabbit Systems Raises $1.3M
Santa Fe, New Mexico-based JackRabbit Systems, a developer of online travel software, has now raised a total of $1.3M funding, according to recent regulatory filing by the firm. Details on the funding have not been announced. A representative of vSpring Capital now sits on the board, according to the filing, which apparently was made as part of a corporate status switch to a Delaware corporation. JackRabbit Systems develops online destination and travel portal web software, which is targeted at chambers of commerce, state tourism boards, city sites, and other travel sites to encourage people to stay at locations.
